are they shutting down the outer boro trains again, ted? The last winter I was in NYC, the 7 train wasn't running seriously almost every single weekend for the whole winter...

it's been chaos every weekend for the last three months. service interuptions sometimes in every borough all at once. but as the old timers say "whaddya gonna do?"
